Depending on your design, there are three types of icings you can have
Who says fondant tastes bad? Well if it’s the readymade store-bought fondant that you will regularly encounter in most other designer cake shops, then yes it’s true.
But hold on, we grew up eating fondant covered wedding cakes that were so yummy, that we would steal each other’s icing at weddings we attended. And that’s the fondant we do! We create our own signature fondant, in any flavour of your choice. Our favourite- the black currant fondant.
Some cake designs are finished off in Royal Icing. We do this in both the traditional egg-white or eggless recipe.
You can also choose to have some designs finished off with a final layer of ganache itself
